  • Session Records: We collect audio and text-based transcriptions of coaching sessions. These are generated using AI-driven tools integrated within our secure professional workspace.

  • Information Collected Automatically: We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your device and how you interact with our Site to improve your user experience.

  • Payment Information: Payment details are processed through Wix Payments when you purchase services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide financial coaching services and maintain accurate coaching records.

  • Process payments via Wix Payments.

  • AI Transcription: We utilize AI-driven transcription features within our Google Workspace to maintain accurate records of our sessions and provide you with high-quality follow-up summaries. These recordings are kept confidential and are not used to train public AI models.

  • AI-Assisted Research: We may use AI tools to help research topics, brainstorm approaches, or analyze general financial concepts relevant to your situation, starting from the intake questionnaire and throughout the coaching relationship. Client names may be used to organize and reference sessions; sensitive identifying details such as account numbers or other financial identifiers are not shared with these tools. These tools are configured with data-sharing for model training disabled.

  • Communicate with you and respond to your inquiries.

  • Provide you with the information or resources you request.

  • Send you our newsletter if you have subscribed.

  • Maintain and improve our Site.
     

3. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with essential service providers required to run our business operations:

  • Wix, Wix Payments, Wix Bookings, and other affiliated Wix products: Our website, payment processing, and booking platform.

  • Google Workspace: Our primary provider for secure email, document storage, and AI-driven session transcription.

  • AI Service Providers: We use third-party AI tools (such as Anthropic's Claude) for research, brainstorming, and analysis, which may begin with the information submitted in your intake questionnaire. Client names may be used within these tools; sensitive identifiers (account numbers, financial account details) are not shared.

  • Legal Requirements: We may share information to comply with applicable laws or in accordance with the AFCPE® Code of Ethics regarding the "Duty to Warn" if there is a risk of harm.
     

4. Data Retention

We retain your coaching records and personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with services and to comply with professional record-keeping standards required for AFC® certification. Specifically, session recordings and transcripts may be disabled or deleted at your request at any time. Handwritten or digital session notes are retained for up to 7 years after the conclusion of the coaching engagement, after which they are securely destroyed, unless you request earlier deletion.
